Daily Duties at American Express:
Achievements: • Managed the Low Goods & Services and Spend Stimulation DM campaigns to 249,000 Cardmembers achieving a 10% enrolment rate, increasing portfolio Finance Charge Revenue, Billed Business and Discount Revenue • Managed the eSignature project for Companion Cards to improve fulfilment rates of new Card applications, therefore reducing account opening time by 50% • Supported the Dynamic Offers project to launch the trigger-based Low Goods & Services campaign pilot Product and campaign management: • Support the management of the UK Proprietary Credit Cards portfolio including planning, reporting and tactical marketing activities to ensure portfolio profitability, acquisition and retention of engaged Cardmembers throughout their lifecycle, and a best in class customer experience • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, with key focus on World Services, Compliance, Capabilities, Risk, Finance, Brand, Logistics, agencies and other marketing teams • Maintain consistency of customer experience and brand through communications scheduling, positioning, messaging, legal compliance, language and creative elements • Track, analyse and report portfolio performance and competitor product offerings to inform future strategy • Manage portfolio marketing budget including end of year reconciliation and accruals for ROI • Manage the Cashback voucher incentive programme including customer engagement, reporting, supplier and inventory management
