Achievements: • Improved actual calls vs. forecast Quarter on Quarter across all channels by +39pp from Q2 to Q3, and +2pp from Q3 to Q4, to 117% of forecast in Q3 and 119% of forecast in Q4 • Improved actual sales vs. forecast Quarter on Quarter across all channels by +35pp from Q2 to Q3, and +4pp from Q3 to Q4, to 117% of forecast in Q3 and 121% of forecast in Q4 • Implemented an insight-led approach to the Winback re-acquisition channel for more efficient budget allocation and communication according to customer lifecycle, projected to achieve a 20% improvement in response rate in 2015 • Used response insight from other channels to more efficiently provision Directories budget and reduce budget impact by 65% • Reduced the Direct Mail and Door Drop overlap, by aligning agencies and data, to reduce wastage and make better use of budgets by a projected 50% • Introduced an eye-tracking/heat-mapping campaign creative validation process Team management, channel and campaign strategy: • Manage a team of Marketing Executives, empowering them to take responsibility and drive improvement in their channels, and oversee inspired campaign management for simple, clear and compelling creative that stimulates response and quality sales to achieve targets • Ensure campaigns are planned and delivered on time, to budget, to forecast, and on brief across the following ATL and BTL channels: Direct Mail, Door Drops, Email, Winback, Homemovers, Directories, Media Inserts, Press, Outdoor and Radio with an average circulation of 20M per month • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through a rigorous reporting, test and learn approach to activity, ensuring plans are driven by solid insight • Work collaboratively and build strategic relationships across teams, departments, agencies and partners • Work with senior management, HR and counterparts to recruit, interview, hire and employ new staff • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding, providing support with career development and objectives planning
