Daily Duties at Quality Community Supports/Covel Family Services :
Provided clinical supervision for community based counselors, field supervisors, and clinicians working with children and adolescents who were at risk of being removed from their homes due to negative behaviors, and also had a diagnosis of a mental illness. Performed assessments and reviewed assessments completed by the clinical team to determine what service criteria the client met. Conducted both bi-weekly group, and bi-weekly individual clinical supervision for members of the team. Developed an Outpatient Program that provided therapy services for adolescents and their family members needing a lower level of treatment services. Also provided individual (adolescents and adults), family, and group psychotherapy in the outpatient program.
