Provided short term counseling (individual, family, and couples/marital) for government employees and their family members. Also performed crisis assessments and made safety recommendations/referrals. Conducted Health and Wellness Group Presentations for employees. Topics included: stress management, grief and loss, coping with change, dealing with difficult people, etc.). Provided supervisor consultations related to problems with an employee, and provided recommendations.
