Managed and led a 33 person organization with four direct reporting managers at the Aviation Center to install, configure, operate and maintain $1.5M in advanced computer, network, communication, and simulation equipment in a new simulation facility to accomplish virtual training for leaders and soldiers preparing to go to Iraq and Afghanistan
