Daily Duties at Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation:
Promoted from the role of Manager to further develop the Treasury Department into a strategic partner of the Foundation. Managed a team of fifteen supervisor and staff members in the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Travel Departments. Met regularly with Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer to discuss operational and financial strategies and results. Worked alongside Chief Financial Officer analyzing potential new business relationships. Reviewed and negotiated multiple private partnership, loan and investment agreements. Directed all treasury activities; including cash management, investing, forecasting, short and long term borrowings and system implementations to create efficiencies that reduce costs and maximize profits, while minimizing risks.
