Daily Duties at Us Navy:
Senior enlisted advisor and supervisor for auxiliary and weapons department of 65 junior sailors. Trained, mentored and led 105 senior enlisted recruiters, focusing trainings on cold calling, follow-up reporting and time management. Delivered high-impact presentations to local organizations, parents, teachers and potential naval candidates.
