− Managed all communication programs across the Eastern Region, comprising up to 15 major accounts − Developed 50+ communication programs per year across health and wellness, disease management and provider compliance initiatives − Collaborated with state government clients on disease management program strategy and implementation that collectively reach over 10 million people; also work with the parent company on consumer-oriented programs that reach over 1 million members − Defined, measured and analyze all associated metrics for all communication programs − Ensured all internal compliance and federal regulation (CMS) guidelines are met on each program
