Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom. Provided direct training support to NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan as a senior instructor on the Interim Stryker Recovery Vehicle (ISRS), Generation II. Responsibilities included all aspects of training, operation and maintenance to the Depot level on the ISRS; DOT level tractor-trailer drivers training; advanced heavy vehicle recovery. Implemented and operated programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of assigned personnel. Designed and administered programs to train Afghan National Security Forces personnel; and developed criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Dedicated professional. Consistently displays cultural awareness and courtesies when routinely briefing multi-national, and Afghan Senior Military, Corporate Directors and VIP’s.
