Daily Duties at Cat5 Resources :

Interacts with executive management; assists management with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's); develops and enforces safety procedures for field technicians; provides guidance and immediate support for on-site technicians; assists in developing on-going training programs. Provides Cell Site maintenance and senior technical support for additional technicians in the field. Provides field service engineering and technical assistance to customers in areas of installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training and modification of on-site backup power generation equipment. Provides timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to customer. Travels extensively throughout the US, and navigates to remote site locations. On-call 24 hours x 7 days per week for emergency support and repairs.
