Daily Duties at Verizon:
Successfully managed, motivated and delegated a team of six field technicians Developed and implemented project timelines to ensure efficiency wherever possible Assigned day-to-day tasks to establish structure for field technicians Completed all project documentation Ability to identify or troubleshoot project plans Dutifully met code specifications for cables and maintained aesthetics Responsible for training new field technicians in areas of safety and molding Responsibilities include installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment for both in and out of home communication systems. Performed installations, disconnections, reconnections and relocations of telecommunication lines. Including but not limited to T1’s, drop wire, and special circuits; established voice network connections; voice data features; following industry standards and codes Problem solved on-site customer questions and concerns Documented use and condition of essential job equipment for safety assurance
