Daily Duties at Texas Instruments:

Lead and manage all major phases of projects (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Control, Closing) Manage and monitor multiple project schedules and deliverables within the IT Operations PMO Create and maintain project documents that include: charter, stakeholder management plan, scope statement, responsibility assignment matrix, schedule, risk management plan, communication plan, issue log, and lessons learned Facilitate project meetings, distribute meeting meetings, and track action items Prepare communication and project updates for stakeholders, team members and senior managers Project experience with Call Center Upgrades for US and Asia, Disaster Recovery Solutions for Critical Databases, Retiring Out of Support Applications/ Infrastructure, SAP Upgrades, and Active Directory Security
