• Successful development and implementation of enzyme and biological functional assays for screening small molecule inhibitors, using automated plate-based assay systems in identifying hit compounds for Alzheimer Disease, with further validation of hit compounds in mammalian cell lines and PK/PD characterization. • Improved purification efficiency of different (caspases, tau, and prion) proteins and their mutants for biophysical characterization and understanding mechanism-of-action phenomenon in neurodegenerative disorders. • Provided direct supervision of technicians, students, and interns in performing experiments under GLP. • Documented detailed records of scientific data under GDP guidelines.
