Has studied in depth the subject of '21st century Network Organization Design', specifically has conducted qualitative research on leadership and culture in Hewlett Packard, Palo Alto CA and Cisco Systems, San Jose Ca. 10 years of experience producing sophisticated Instructional Design; designing and delivering customized leadership and team building training for a number of Chilean/South American client companies, including Codelco, Transbank, BancoEstado de Chile, Fulteck IT Consultants, Universidad Diego Portales, Anguita Consulting Group. Has consulted also in Asuncion Paraguay and San Jose de Costa Rica. Consulted companies on organizational culture, purpose vision and core competencies formulation, ethics of care and cross boundaries cooperation. Designed over 50 and delivered over 200 customized courses and training sessions on Organizational Behavior through a combination of lectures and participatory/experiential methodologies. Has used extensively used an Emotional and Social Intelligence framework in course design, both as learning topic and methodology. Has trained over 5000 individuals in Self Design and Visionary Leadership. Has assessed and facilitated clients' psychological and psychosocial needs, skills and talents; Has educated on a framework on organizational culture, people management, value creation, wellness and work-motivation. Has provided quality developmental feedback and 1/1 executive coaching. Taught +7 years graduate and undergraduate at the School of Psychology at Adolfo Ibanez University and Business School at Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, in Chile. Strong educational background.
