Analyst charged with skillfully leveraged business, data, and technical knowledge to develop business intelligence solutions that solve complex/critical business problems.  Utilize expertise to set measurable team goals and lead top-performing analytic teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, changing environment.  Demonstrate leadership skills while leading a team to create analytic workflow using Python that resulted in 80% reduction in manual effort. Also led revamp of analytics value-chain for Capital One US Card for rapid insight generation leveraging innovative visualization techniques, distributed data analysis, and statistics.  Apply SAS, Teradata SQL, Python, and Business Objects to create analysis and reporting solutions to aid senior leaders.  Lead a project to map HSBC analytic data to Capital One analytic data.  Train 150 end users on mapping. Received recognition from senior leaders for the final result.  Develop a project prioritization process and regularly collaborate with the Business Director to make prioritization decisions.
