Daily Duties at Fleetwood Homes:
* Key member of the management team for the Pembroke facility, providing support for all HR disciplines to include Safety * Develop initiatives and programs * Provide leadership to management regarding employee development, policies and practices, staffing, compensation, communications and employee relations. * Responsible for staffing at all levels including managing fluctuations in temporary staffing needs * Lead and manage HR Department to deliver customer focused services and initiatives. * Develop “proactive" associate relations and communication programs. * Review and ensure competitiveness of the benefit, compensation, salary, and job evaluation programs. * Ensure legal compliance * Direct the training and development activities to ensure development of critical skills and an environment of engagement in the business for all associates. * Member of the corporate safety council * Represent Quickie in the community
