Managed construction and real estate development activities for retail, office, and industrial warehouse projects. Took projects through budgeting, entitlements, permitting, estimating, buy-out, and subcontracting. Oversaw field activities, job costs, schedules, and owner and subcontractor change orders. Coordinated with owners, leasing agents, tenants, the design team, field personnel, and property management. Managed a $5 million+ state-of-the-art 97,500 sq. ft. warehouse project, a multi-unit retail strip center project in an operating shopping center, and a $1,000,000 parking lot expansion project in an operating office complex.
