Daily Duties at American Paper And Plastics:
Vendor management.. Created an in-house ticket system, improving support in troubleshooting all desktops and Blackberry cell phones. Defined and created a company wide disaster recovery plan. Met with all the vendors considered for the new ERP/WMS project. Analyzed, Benchmarked, interviewed different companies with applications being used by the selected vendors. Managed and maintained the company’s technology infrastructure consisting of 50+ users with three servers running Windows XP, (one DNS, WMS and Bridge) and One Unix containing the ERP application running Stanpak. Utilized different software and hardware tools to maintain all peripheral equipment including all HP Printers. Maintained StanPak and Network Databases updating all new items and cost, process invoices via SAP Application and reconcile the accounts associated with Network insuring all items and costs were correct in varies accounts. Utilized Microsoft Exchange: Clients used outlook, Utilized Small Business Server- experienced with DNS with Active Directory and GPO. Also performed all backups on four servers.
