Daily Duties at Kaplan College:
Implementation and instruction of the Computer Support Technician program. Acquired and maintained departmental program certification requirements. Evaluated students' progress in attaining goals and objectives Met and coordinated with students, staff members and other educators on a weekly basis to discuss students' instructional programs and other issues. Assisted students with retention, recruitment, and job placement efforts. Instructor for the following courses: Introduction to Computer Hardware and Software, Networking, Network Security, Java programming, Novell Linux administration, Web Design, Microsoft Server 2003 AD/GPO, MSDST, MCSE, XP, and Microcomputer Applications.
