Managed senior -level client relationships by conducting database training and identifying strategic growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities included conducting/delivering client satisfaction survey analysis for internal training/coaching opportunities to foster a productive client relationship, and providing on-boarding recommendations to the OD team for faster new-hire productivity. Reason for leaving: The opportunity for increased strategic Training/OD responsibility.
