Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies Corporation:
Responsible for developing and implementing a project timeline and for release 5.2, including Tep-6, BA-GNI and Viatel projects. Make effective changes on the data collection efforts to the ANCM department. As Y2K Project Manager, responsible for communicating to make sure all of the new releases and products are Y2K ready. Responsible and coordinate meetings with the Department Head and Management Team to review the MI 1999 list for making sure all funded projects are scheduled for appropriate releases throughout the year. Generate a Global View, update and maintain the Release information, monthly Development Calendar. Provide a status for release 5.2, an updated Release Information, Development Calendar for weekly Project Review Meeting. Participate and involve with technical management to resolve project scheduling issues.
