Manage Global Crossing Limited (GCL) project ranging in value up to @36M and a team of 4-30 members. • Manage, organize and coordinate large telecommunication projects involving cross-functional product teams of system engineers, product project managers, software development, system verification and deployment expertise to deploy successful multiple phases of Integrated Network Management System (INMS) to the customer multiple sites in Brookhaven-NY, Docklands-UK, and Madison-NJ. Fully manage from start to finish of Phase 3’s planning and implementation of INMS solutions to customer GCL, providing end to end Provisioning, Fault Management, Network Data Collection and Reporting Management capabilities of INMS to Global Crossing.
