Work with realtors to find the best solution to buy and sale properties faster. Landlord since 2006. Within 24 hours of a tenant vacating, inspect all vacant spaces. Coordinate any repairs and improvements needed before putting up for leasing. Primary contact for tenant concerns and complaints, and effectively resolved issues in a manner consistent with the terms of the lease agreement.
