Daily Duties at Oce North America:
Developed Strategic Action Plans to enable direct reps to strengthen and penetrate into complex account environments. Trained and Educated Sales staff on new digital color/black and white technology. Coached, motivated and assisted Sales Representatives in Account Development, Needs Analysis, Product Demonstration, Pricing and Proposal creation. Supported 50+ sales representatives.
