§ Ensures the success of IT Service Desk functions by managing department’s projects and field support team, which provides support, installation, upgrades, and maintenance for about 1500 computers, including network applications, hardware, and connectivity. § Fosters system-wide performance by serving as Administrator of System Center Configuration Manager 2012, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp. § Spearheads department improvements by analyzing functions and pinpointing areas in need of improvement. § Enables the effectiveness of VIP special events by maintaining computers and projectors. § Improves processes, increasing efficiency, by measuring process time and implementing improvements.
