Daily Duties at Gn Re Sound:
I was responsible for managing eight outside sales people and on area business consultant. My personal duties included negotiating large corporate contracts with HMO's, Hospitals and Buying Groups. I managed a $38MM region. I established and implemented sales training protocol and guided training sessions for our entire sales force. I presented regional budget attainment, sales plan and contract proposals to executive staff at quarterly global business reviews.
