Daily Duties at Simpson Housing:

Managed all human resources functions in addition to overall responsibilities of property management for a 45 MM dollar asset operating below budgets and maintaining above market net operation income. Recruit, hire, train, coach and lead office personnel to grow into high-performance teams. Conducted reference/background checks and made offer letters. Lowest employee turnover. Managed new hire orientation: onboarding, training, operations, and benefits policies, etc. Developed and provided quarterly reporting on training and development metrics, including number of courses, participant profiles and evaluation results. Supervised staff: scheduling, training, coaching, performance reviews, promotions, discipline and terminations. Controlled payroll, eLABOR, ADP, commissions, PTO/FMLA and exempt/non-exempt workman's compensation. Performed recordkeeping and administration of I-9 compliance and e-Verify.
