Developed training materials and ran training sessions in staff meeting, classroom, field office, WebEx and Lync settings. Facilitated recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes for the department. Developed departmental and interdepartmental processes and workflows for the fast paced and rapidly growing company. Implemented hiring triggers and employee performances metrics for department and field offices. Managed internal and field office property management teams (GA, FLA, AL, MN) totaling 26 employees who oversaw more than 2,800 single family rental properties.
