Daily Duties at Telefonica Usa:
My responsibility was to transform and align the subsidiary Telefonica USA with global multinational model of Telefonica International with the main objective of improving the profitability of the operation, develop and enhance the commercial activity capturing new customers, improve brand awareness, and put the company in positive cash flow for the first time ever since its foundation 12 years ago. Responsible for a local P&L of U$S 200 MM. Additionally I was responsible for developing multinationals customer business in Extended Global Markets with a multicultural team located in the geographical areas where Telefonica had no operations as Nordics, Netherland, Switzeland, Italy, China and Singapore. Responsible for global revenue of U$S 1 billion budget.
