Provider of paramedic and ambulance services to multiple hospitals, healthcare systems, and health plans, including all of Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. Annual Net Revenue exceeding $3.3 million. Single-handedly acquired a $1.1 million contract with the Veterans Administration, providing and increase in immediate cash flow by providing Los Angeles & Long Beach VA Hospitals services. Promoted to Director of Operations, while maintaining oversight and control of business development efforts. Responsibilities included process improvement, contracts management, contracted rate reviews, new product and service line development and implementation, contract renegotiation, ambulance team performance with responsibility of labor cost control and UHU benchmarking review of response performance and staff overtime accrual.
