Supervised functions for eight loading docks covering 10K square feet in warehouse space and 750K cubic feet in freezer space Managed entire shipping process; planned, prioritized, directed and coordinated departmental activities Monitored, verified and accounted for all materials and products pertaining to daily operations; tracked inventory to confirm quality and proper rotation of stock Scheduled and delegated incoming and outgoing loads to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments Successfully increased order accuracy levels from 50% to 98%
