Daily Duties at Hj Heinz (Escalon Premier Brands & Stockton):
Provide regional Human Resources support. Managed HR departments at two separate union factories and advised two non union divisions of Heinz (Agricultural Research and Heinz Seed/Tomato Supply). Managed two collective bargaining agreements simultaneously; 140 - 800 employees. Managed recall/training of 50+ seasonal employees and ensured employees were trained prior to start of season. Established consisted HR practices and policies. Advised all levels of management on policies, State and federal laws. Conducted internal investigations and made recommendations. Coached all levels of management on communications and conflict resolution. Implemented a process for tracking training and bids.
