Daily Duties at Mesaba/Pinnalce Airlines :
Auditor for Ground Operations/regarding Passenger / Cargo acceptance procedures, including Ramp services and De ice process. Established IACO/IATA audit check list for passenger check in and acceptance of Cargo to to prepare for IOSA audits. Became a certified Ground Operations Security coordinator and taught both Security and Dangerous Goods as part of my audit duties. Became a member of the the De icing team and established yearly updates to the manual for submission to the FAA for approval. Once approved taught De icing to Station personal. Also audit current regulatory Instructors , along with certifying new instructors
