 Worked at sales counters in various retail locations  Performed makeovers / facials skin-care and sold cosmetics merchandise to clients  Developed, implemented and constantly participated in store promotional Fragrance events that resulted in double digit increases in sales  Coordinated and worked at promotional events with celebrity makeup artists which expanded clientele base and exceeded sales goals  Led by example to create a positive selling environment through teamwork  Built lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events  Provided beauty advisors, media and internal customers with product information and updates (perfume, skincare, make-up)  Analyzed competitor activities, new products and results  Regional training for both basic and new product introduction
