Oversaw contract functions by reviewing/verifying terms, coordinating reviews with offices in Belgium and US, and communicating/resolving special requests from buyer to headquarter offices to finalize contracts with buyers. Communicated with local buyers to explain terms, collect payments, and assist with credit/payment term issues. Processed buyer funds, oversaw transfer of owner document issuing, and assisted with customs, CIQ reports, and cargo pickups. Managed bonded warehouse inventory tracking system, producing weekly reports for senior management at HQ. Collected/investigated delinquent accounts receivable, negotiating with buyers/sales to solve any delinquencies. Developed excellent long-term relationships with customers, buyers, customs agents, and other professionals. Ensured smooth imports/exports by studying to maintain an expert knowledge of import/export customs laws.
