Daily Duties at Xoran Technology:
• Maintained customer satisfaction through effective business judgment and decision. • Provide on-site Installation maintenance, service and Technical Support for Xoran. • Products systems at various customer locations. Primary CSE geography in the U.S occasional international travel required. • Provide Customer support on-site and by phone including training, troubleshooting, service and quality assurance. • Perform remote fixes of CT scanners using Xoran’s web-based customer service support systems. • Comply with all applicable SOP’s and maintain compliance with FDA and ISO. • Manage and is accountable for parts and other company assets assigned. • Record all data and travel expense on-site. /Certification on MiniCat CT and ENT scanner.
