Daily Duties at State Of Tennessee:

 Provide program representation for more than 50 assigned grant projects  Process wage rate requests for Community Development Block Grants  Verify revisions to Davis-Bacon wage decisions and submit updates for applicable projects  Maintain knowledge of and list of all Davis-Bacon wage rates in Tennessee  Review Environmental Review Record documentation, engineering plans and bid specifications, bid tabulations, for funded projects to determine scope of project and ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation  Process change orders and scope changes for funded projects  Process additional classifications regarding workers for projects as needed  Create and deliver semi-annual labor reports  Conduct on-site monitoring visits for compliance and record all applicable findings  Conduct technical assistance visits for newly funded projects; document requests for assistance  Perform extensive review of grant applications  Assign point system ranges following review of grant applications for scoring  Perform annual revisions of the CDBG application packet based upon applicable factors  Reconcile numbers in grant applications upon review  Conduct online research as needed  Schedule travel arrangements for required visits  Create expense reports regarding overnight travel  Responsible for online quarterly DRGR reporting
