Daily Duties at Pregnancy.Org / Alere:

Managed all editorial and commercial content for website while working remotely. Visited company headquarters quarterly for management meetings and strategy development. Created and implemented content calendar and schedule to ensure fresh content for website and social media strategies for Facebook, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter. Maintained website design and content including taxonomies and information architecture. Reviewed and approved page layout proofs for wireframe, final articles, Q&A’s, blogs and special features. Approved internal website taxonomies, navigation and architecture and served as final gatekeeper for all content. Led in-house writing staff and outsource talent in developing site content. Handled advertisers and advertising revenue. Worked with vendors for outsourced assignments. Created business plan including goals, objectives, strategic partnerships and vendor relationships. Assisted in post-acquisition collaborations with Alere staff and with content integration.
