Daily Duties at Schlumberger:
Provided LEAN initiatives in support of company manufacturing process, business process, and new product development. Supported Lean Kaizen events as required. Established, monitored, and enhanced Lean Continuous Improvement metrics with all company department managers. Lead the implementation of Lean Culture to all areas of manufacturing and provided training where necessary. Developed testing and quality standards for new and existing products. Incorporated Design for Manufacturing principles into start up Engineering projects. Provide ongoing training to applicable staff to develop and encourage their technical and operational performance. Meet with appropriate staff on a timely basis for performance evaluations and goal setting.
