Daily Duties at Weatherford:
Coordination and management of client projects – including reporting and accountability of schedule, budget, project performance and quality. Oversaw and participated in project planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement and execution of project scope of work. Maintained and managed client relationships and expectations. Communicated and coordinated 3rd party interface with vendors or manufacturing contractors on commercial as well as technical related project requirements. Managed several cross-functional matrix projects through the full project life cycle process. Assisted in the development and implementation of account and project strategies. Provided industry analysis to support project proposal pursuits. Lead effort in preparation and development of project proposals and strategy. Participated in proposal review meetings, client site visits and estimating effort. Development of testing methodology and quality standards.
