 Leads the Finance Division, managing, motivating and developing the finance team.  Manages company finances and project finances; conducts financial analysis and reporting.  Negotiates and secures project and commercial financing from banks.  Generates and analyses monthly and quarterly management reports, liaising with key personnel.  Defines expenditure policies and authorities, monitoring against budget and actual.  Reviews, modifies and monitors internal control system and ensures strict compliance.  Successful in increasing net income by monitoring revenue in line with budget and controlling operating expenses
