Daily Duties at G&K Services:

• Managing Sales and Services of the West Michigan that covers everything in Michigan but the Detroit, Flint , Saginaw and Alpina area. • Successfully managed between 1 to 5 B2B Sales Representatives, 2 Route Managers and 10 Route Sales Representatives. • Managed all sales activities, from preparing and reviewing power point presentations to working with B2B Reps on telemarketing and face-to-face B2B presentations as well as discovery appointments, Train on Cold Calling, Business Networking and Territory Management . • Managing and maintaining P&L of $600,000 a year, reviewing and reporting of weekly standings on growth and percent to plan, also participating in quarterly operational reviews. • Plus working on decision making and skill set training for all employees In the west Michigan area.
