Created a newly structured Technology Organization to function effectively with the corporate shared services operating model... I was responsible for the strategic initiatives worldwide. This includes oversight of a staff of approx. 100 and leadership for technology and operations integration of four acquisitions. Worked with S&P and sister companies to ensure that there is a standard technology infrastructure (where logical) and supported unique business needs where standards were not appropriate (via beta and proof of concept analysis). Executive team member reporting to the president (three presidents - over the entire time at Platts) and contributed to exceeding growth goals, doubling revenue (to $500MM+), NOI (50%) and global footprint (doubling staff size).
