Business transformation efforts bridging processes and systems throughout the organization in order to achieve top line and bottom line goals. Responsible for ensuring business processes and systems are compliant with regulatory requirements. Assigned senior staff member to each business leader to ensure all of their business and technology requirements necessary to achieve revenue (and costs) goals were met. Created the company roadmap that included all investments and how each project (both business and technology) fit into the global strategic objectives. Secured participation and buy in from all peers (executive team) and worked with each executive to socialize the plan across company (via global town halls, departmental meetings, roadshows, etc...and ensure understanding at all levels of the company. Managed and reported on the overall status of the portfolio.
