Daily Duties at Crossroad Services Inc.:
Responsible for small to large scale resets across all departments in the retail industry. Managed over a 100 locations with 80 plus employees. Completed whole store remodels that covered 800+ bay moves, fixture changes, and construction crew coordination's. Completed new store merchandising in over 400 bays and large scale product displays. Was responsible for the metrics of 80 plus employees and up to 6 district managers and their performance according to the requirements of vendors and our customers. Provided our customers with product feedback to improve top line sales. Up graded existing stores to increase sales and overall performance. Hosted new product introductions, performed demos, completed on the job training as well as group training for the optimum performance.
