Conduct analysis on the schools to create an overview of their: Finance, Labor, Revenue, Student Participation, Menu and Production, Inventory, Staff and Organizational skills In-charge of drafting a successful plan to bring the Client (District) up to speed in the areas of concern I was also in charge of all the consultants and their training
