Daily Duties at Seagate Technologies:

Accountable for the definition, planning and execution of the customer program. Specifically, focused on delivering to customer commitments while maximizing returns for Seagate OneStor platform across the customer program life cycle, ensuring that there is schedule integrity, predictability (working with the Platform Program Manager on development and Product Manager on product cost), end-to-end customer satisfaction, and communication with key stakeholders regarding customer requirements and Statement of Work (SOW) commitments. • Managing the successful delivery of application platforms while working with cross-functional teams (NPI, Engineering, Operations) located in Havant, UK, the account management teams in Fremont, CA and the manufacturing operatons in Guadalajara, Mexico. • Managing the tasks of several project managers in the support of the various programs under my management. • Ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycles. • Liaison to Seagate legal and the customer to ensure the Sales Agreement, the SOW, product costs and the products and services to be delivered are aligned with the expectations of both parties. • Effective manger on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. In doing so, I exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. • Member of the customer facing team, working closely with sales, account management and field support teams in obtaining requirements, managing expectations and commitments with the customer while acting at the voice of the customer in driving continuous improvement and satisfaction.
