Daily Duties at Aldera :

Managed client relationships and provided project management and oversight of client initiatives to achieve fiscal revenue targets, client satisfaction, budget, quality and delivery goals SUMMARY: The Aldera Account Executive is responsible for managing key Aldera client business verticals and serving as the voice of Tier 1 clients to Aldera internal teams. The Account Executive defines and executes strategies for account growth, customer delight and client relationship management while ensuring that client tactical initiatives and projects are planned and executed as required. Additional responsibilities may include management of direct reports, including Account Managers, as well as aligning Aldera internal cross-functional teams to Account Plans. Works under limited supervision and alongside other Aldera cross-functional team members and relies on experience, judgment and teamwork to plan and accomplish goals.
