Responsible for all financial related activities including financial statement preparation and reporting (P&L and B/S); budgets, forecasting, cash flow management, capital funding and project tracking, all contracts (banking, insurance - health, property, revenue shares), internal controls, audits (internal, external, CPA, contracts and government), staff training and development, IT (all aspects) and human resource (benefits, compensation, deployment)
