Daily Duties at America Axle & Manufacturing:
• Maintain a safe and productive workplace for 25-30 associates in a high volume production environment • Troubleshoot equipment issues daily through root cause analysis and document recovery procedure to reduce downtime in the future • Lead Kaizens by coordinating cross functional teams comprised of production, materials, maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve FTQ and OEE or reduce scrap rates
